HOW FUNDS ARE USED
Donations directly support the materials, labor, and resources required to provide handcrafted caskets for premature babies and infants at no cost to families.
This includes:

Wood, hardware, and construction materials

Production of Interior fabrics through the Gown Project

Workshop and production costs

Program-related expenses necessary to fulfill requests
Our priority is to ensure that funds are used responsibly to meet immediate needs while maintaining the ability to serve future families.
NO FEE DONATION PROCESSING
We process donations through Zeffy, a platform built specifically for nonprofits.
Zeffy does not charge transaction fees, which means your full donation amount is directed toward supporting this mission. Donors are given the option to support the platform separately, but it is not required.
ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS
Little Stars of Texas Foundation is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS.
We have established our organizational structure and Board of Directors and are operating in accordance with nonprofit guidelines while our application is under review.
Updates will be provided as our status progresses.
GOVERNANCE
The foundation is guided by a Board of Directors who provide oversight, accountability, and direction.
Their role is to help ensure that decisions are made responsibly and in alignment with the mission to serve families with care and integrity.
